- Rockwell, the company that makes the RPI modems, has a windows driver that
- provides the error correction and compression and is useable with at least
- some comm programs. It works with AOL and I suspect others. The
- driver/software package is available from the modem vendors. I got mine from
- Zoom. I havent been able to get it to run on my ppp account. I dont endorse it
- and wish I had bought a nonrpi modem. It will probably take some dinking to
- get working but it may help.
